PSORIASIS TREATMENT
It is characterised by a disorder of epidermal cell proliferation, presenting clinically as excessive skin scaling and lesions on the trunk, joints and scalp. Once present, the condition inevitably becomes chronic.

It is often associated with physical or emotional trauma occurring before the onset of the disease. Eighty percent of women with psoriasis remain symptom-free during pregnancy. One of the most distressing symptoms is the intense itchiness experienced by patients in the affected areas of skin.
A psoriasis treatment programme using Coriodermina®, a medication derived from human placenta, is available. This medication has been shown to be effective in 78% of patients without causing any side effects.
